Don't let the name fool you - we enjoy getting out to different parts of the Northwest,
not just our little piece of paradise near Spokane. The trails and climbs on the
west side of the state are usually pretty busy but not so much so that we'd pass
em up when given the opportunity. Teri enjoys biking so we have a few of her biking
trips on here. The kids would rather eat a bug than wander down a trail but we're
always looking for some of their activities to throw on here as well - video games,
crafts and lurking at the mall don't seem to fit the theme though. |

Teri and I hadn't been to the Oregon coast in quite a few years and I foe one was kinda missing the home state. After our great hikes on the Washington coast a few weeks ago, we were still eager to get in some time away from Spokane and the chilly temperatures.
